We are a co-production publishing house for the Power of Place.

Too often, meaningful encounters and collective practices fade away once a project ends and living knowledge created with communities remains invisible, absent from libraries, bookshops, and institutions.

The Publishing Power of Place exists to change that. We document, curate, and publish living, place-based intelligence through ethical editing, shared authorship, and multilingual storytelling, creating works that last.

Our publications carry responsibility forward. By turning collective fieldwork into shared, enduring works, we make knowledge visible and ensure that institutions, organisations, and brands remain accountable to the communities and places they affect.

A 4-Step Place Publishing Journey offers partners a flexible pathway: engage with a single step or follow the full trajectory. We begin by partnering with your place through exploration and place-based intelligence gathering; we then curate collective intelligence via co-creation workshops, story collection, and community authorship. Next, we co-produce publications ; from fieldwork to books, reports, atlases, and story collections. Finally, we showcase and archive the work through our bookshelf, living archive, and public circulation (launches, talks, exhibitions).

Projects end. Places remain. And too often, the knowledge created with communities disappears, undocumented, invisible, absent from our shared memory. The Publishing Power of Place exists to make collective work last. Through ethical editing and shared authorship, we turn fieldwork into publications and living archives; so voices are amplified, trust is strengthened, and the power of place keeps generating future potential.
